Mailbox Key Pickup Times

Key pick-up times for this week for mailbox units at 418 Woodland, 719 Berkshire, 415 Bennington, and 1291 Yorkshire are ready for pick-up.

Key pick-up location & times:

Wednesday, 10/17 5 to 6:30 PM

Thursday, 10/18 5 to 6:30 PM

New mailboxes are scheduled to be installed Thursday, October 25th – Friday, October 26th. Please help this transition and remove all mail from your mailbox by Wednesday evening on October 24.

We are looking for three new board members at the Annual Meeting

As 4 of the 5 board members were elected at the 2016 annual meeting, their terms expire at the 2018 meeting. We are soliciting volunteers for three new board seats at the annual meeting this year. Contact [email protected] for more information.

4 Mailbox Clusters Being Replaced

We are in the process of installing new mailboxes at the following sites:

418 Woodland

415 Bennington Ct

1291 Yorkshire Ct

719 Berkshire

We are distributing new keys to homeowners prior to the changeout of the boxes, if you can come to the annual meeting and receive yours, that would be most helpful.
