New Mailboxes Coming Soon

In the next month or so three new mailbox clusters will be installed, at 1262 Woodland Court, 355 Berkshire Drive and 587 Berkshire Drive. This will complete the mailbox replacement project; when we have an exact installation date, we will post it here.

The plan is to deliver the new sets of keys to each homeowner before the new units are installed, as we have asked the Postmaster to transfer the current mailbox number assignments to thew new units.

The Post Office will remove any mail not picked up the day before the changeover and re-deliver it after the new mailboxes are installed.

If you have any questions about this please send email to bod@salinenorthview.org.

The proposed amendments to the Bylaws and Amendments did NOT pass. We received a total of 108 votes: 69 yes and 39 no. A minimum of 168 yes votes was required for the amendments to pass.

If any Northview homeowner would like to inspect the ballots, please email us at bod@salinenorthview.org, and we will make arrangements.

The Board will meet on May 12th and talk about our next steps. Last but not least, no matter how you voted, thank you to everyone who participated in the process and voted.

Town hall meeting on March 22, 2022

We are hosting a Zoom town hall meeting on March 22, 2022 to discuss the proposed Bylaws and Master Deed amendments that our condo law attorneys mailed to each home in the subdivision. If you did not receive that mailing, or if you’d like to review an electronic copy, please see the “Important Documents” tab on the website, where you can download the voting package and also a redlined version of the proposed amendments.

The meeting will take place via Zoom on March 22 at 7:00 pm. If you’d like to attend, please see our Facebook group or email us at bod@salinenorthview.org.

Snow Event February 24th

We’re getting some snow overnight tonight. Our snow contractor thinks 2.5 by 6 am tomorrow. Assuming at least 2 inches, his crew will be starting in the neighborhood around 6 am tomorrow morning.

Update: The snow storm was a bust, good for us. I measure .75 inches so we will not be doing sidewalks or driveways today.

Snow Event February 17th

I just spoke with our snow contractor and he’s still watching for forecast to see how much we’re really going to get with this storm. Looks like things will be accumulating starting around 3-4p today and ending about midnight. His crew will be in our neighborhood in the overnight hours after midnight. Please make sure your trash cans are brought in this evening to make things easier for his crew. Thank you.
