In December we mailed 2025 dues assessment notices to everyone in the subdivision. Dues must be received on or before January 31; otherwise a $10/month late fee will be charged. If you lost your mailing, please email us at [email protected], and we will send you another one.

We mailed dues letters on Saturday, December 10th. Payments ($275) may be made online or by check, same as last year. You may pay online at salinenorthview.org, although note that if you pay online you will be charged an additional processing fee (PayPal gets that fee, not us). Payments are due on or before January 31.

If you mail a check and dues notice, please include your unit number on your checks. (If you don’t remember your unit number, never fear: you’ll find it in two places on your dues notice.)

Note that an additional ~$8 processing fee will apply; that fee goes to PayPal, not SNCA.
