Snow Event January 23rd

I measure 1.75 inches of fluffy snow in the neighborhood. Since there is likely a bigger snow event tomorrow,  the board has decided to not plow sidewalks or driveways today but to wait until later in the afternoon tomorrow to start plowing.

Snow Event Sunday January 2nd

I measure 1.25 to 1.5 inches across the neighborhood of lightweight snow. It doesn’t look like we will get much more from this storm and we should also get just a bit of melting the next 3 days. As this does not meet the 2 inch threshold to clear driveways, I have asked our snow contractor to clear just the sidewalks today.

2022 dues letter

Today (December 6, 2021) we are mailing 2022 annual dues/assessment letters to every homeowner. If you haven’t received yours by December 13, please email us at bod@salinenorthview.org (be sure to include your address and unit number), and we will email it to you.

Snow Info

Snow removal this year will again be handled by the same contractor as last year, Boswell Lawn Service. Updates will be posted here and also on our Facebook Group (Saline Northview Condominium Association). Please send snow removal questions to bod@salinenorthview.org Please keep your driveways clear of vehicles if you would like them cleared. This is due to the risk of damage to vehicles from the snow equipment. Please also mark the corners of your driveways and along the sidewalk so that turf damage can be minimized. The snow contract provides that the contractor is not responsible for damage caused by unmarked driveways and sidewalks. Snow is cleared from sidewalks when the depth is 1 inch or more and from driveways when the depth is 2 inches or more. As we are a large neighborhood, clearing all driveways does take some time so please be patient. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us via an email to the board (as listed above).
