zones 2 & 3 complete. Several sidewalk landings missed and a few driveways still need city cleanup to be completed on Monday In zone 1.

1-10-16 Snow report – Sun 10:00am Requested driveway, sidewalks & mailboxes for all three zones start 11:30am.
snow removal was requested to begin at 11:30am. We now have three snow contractors who will start simultaneously within four hours of requested time and finish within ten hours requested time. Each contractor is responsible for one of the three zones. An example contract on Northview website under Documents which shows zones and work standards has been posted.
January Board Meeting
The board’s next scheduled meeting will be on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 6:30 PM at the Saline District Library. Co-owners having business to bring before the board are advised to contact a board member in advance to add an item to the agenda.

11-22-15 Snow report – Sun 3:30 pm all snow clearing done
All snow clearing complete as of 3:00 pm.
11-22-15 Snow Report – Sun 9:35 am Called in a second crew to help finish up
I have called in additional help to speed things up. We don’t yet have a final contract and these contractors are just helping out with this snowfall. Snow clearing should be done by this afternoon at about 5-6pm.
11-22-15 Snow report – Sun 7:45 am Snow clearing half done
Contractor has finished about half driveway and sidewalk clearing. They are taking a short break and will be returning later this morning to finish up.

Contractor scheduled to start clearing unplowed driveways and perform city cleanup after trucks go through around 10:00 Pm Tonight.
