Snow removal to begin at 6 PM

Due to the government shutdown the Board of Directors would like to offer all federal government employees who have not submitted their 2019 dues the option of a payment plan. Please contact the board at [email protected] by January 31st to begin the process of implementing a payment plan to avoid late fees.

As it looks right now we may only be getting 2-3 inches of snow with rain following. Based on this, snow removal for today will begin after the rain passes. Plowing will most likely begin later tonight and continuing throughout the night.

Snow removal is happening this morning! 

Snow removal will begin today at 2 PM; driveways first and then sidewalks.

Tom Zilke’s snow crew will most likely be on site tonight after midnight for snow removal from sidewalks. Full treatment of snow removal from sidewalks and driveways will most likely occur on Saturday with the expected snow.

2019 Dues are set at $260.  A letter containing the 2019 budget and a message from the board have been mailed.  Please remit payment and mortgage information by January 31st, 2019.  Happy Holidays!
