Our annual members’ meeting is scheduled for October 8 at 6:30 pm at the Heritage School cafeteria; notices are being mailed out.

We encourage all residents to attend, but if you cannot attend, please sign and mail back the proxy card you will find in the mailing. The agenda includes elections for 2 open seats on the board of directors and updates on the latest and greatest in our community.

Mailbox Keys for all units are now available for pick up at 644 Berkshire Drive on Tuesday June 25th from 5:30 to 8 PM. If you are unable to pick up your keys during this time, please email BOD@salinenorthview.org to schedule pick up of your keys.

Mailbox clusters at 427 Berkshire and 1480 Colony will be replaced on 6/26/19.

Northview community garage sale is on Saturday, May 18th from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Postcards with date and time will be mailed out to homeowners as a reminder.
