At our August 25, 2020 Board meeting we spent a lot of time discussing the possibility of holding the October 13th annual meeting as a combination of both in-person and virtual (Zoom), but the logistical challenges are significant enough that we decided to hold the meeting by Zoom, only. We are going to do everything we can to be as efficient with our time together as we would if we were meeting in person, so between now and then we will be working on how to accomplish that goal. We will mail a letter to all homeowners in the next few weeks with the Zoom details; if you do not receive the letter, please let us know and we will mail you another copy or email it to you. If you lose the letter and need us to send you the Zoom sign-in details (which we are not going to post publicly, for security reasons), please email us at [email protected] plan to begin check-in at 6:30 pm and then begin the meeting as close to 7:00 pm as possible. It will greatly help if everyone would check in early; if we get a rush of people right at 7:00 pm, that will prevent us from being able to start on time.
We encourage everyone in the neighborhood to attend and participate in the meeting, so you can know more about what we are doing, what we are spending your money on, and so you can ask whatever questions or raise any concerns or complaints you might have. If you are interested in volunteering to serve on the Board (two-year terms), we would especially like you to participate in the meeting, because we will be holding elections for three open Board positions.
